全国给排水铸铁管技术经营策略研讨会于1999年5月18日至21日在山东淄博市召开。有关科研、设计、生产单位、大专院校等58个单位100余人参加了会议。中国金属学会铸铁管委员会秘书长李长和、全国排水铸铁管委员会主任委员聂雪樵出席了会议。会议受到建设部、淄博市政府等有关部门的重视与支持。国家建设部科技发展促进中心信息部主任王真杰、建设部住宅办产品认定处处长章林伟作为特邀代表参加了这次会议,并做了重要发言。山东省建委领导也参加了此次会议。会议对全国排水铸铁管现状、发展方向、生产工艺、经营方式及设备情况进行了交流,同时特别就国
The National Symposium on Water Supply and Drainage Cast Iron Pipe Technology Management was held on May 18-21, 1999 in Zibo City, Shandong Province. More than 100 people from 58 units including scientific research, design, production units and universities and colleges attended the conference. Li Changhe, the secretary general of the China Metal Society’s Iron Casting Committee, and Nie Xuezheng, the chairman of the National Drainage Cast Iron Management Committee, attended the meeting. The meeting was valued and supported by the Ministry of Construction, the Zibo Municipal Government and other relevant departments. Wang Zhenjie, director of the Information Department of the National Science and Technology Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Construction, and Zhang Linwei, director of the Certification Office of the Housing Department of the Ministry of Construction, attended the meeting as invited guests and made important speeches. Leaders of the Shandong Provincial Construction Commission also attended the meeting. The meeting exchanged views on the status quo, development direction, production technology, management methods and equipment of cast iron pipes across the country.
