社会的不断进步影响着喜剧电影本体的变异。如果说喜剧是时代道德准则的产物,那么各个历史阶段的不同道德标准变化的同时,必然导致喜剧观念的迁徙。喜剧与笑属于不可或缺的因果关系,而“可笑”的现象,其中就包涵了极分明的时代界定:譬如五十年代的“大跃进”狂飚突进可以使人们慷慨激昂地砸烂自家锅钵而统统送进土高炉以期“超英赶美”;但在七十年代就成了喜剧中讽刺的对象。六七十年代的“早请示晚汇报”当时是天经地义。但到了八十年代也变成滑稽的笑料。谁敢保证,今天被我们奉行的信条,到了九十年代或二十一世纪,不被人们用戏谑和讥喻的形式所厌弃?
