The incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) is increasing year by year, while its high morbidity and mortality are seriously endangering human health and restricting socio-economic development. Quantitative studies have shown that [1 ~ 2], adult mammalian central nervous system existence of neural stem cells and nerve regeneration and stem cell self-renewal and multi-point
