本文依据青藏高原地区急性高原肺水肿１５３２例病例临床资料的分析与现场的观察研究。结果表明就地治疗具有：早期诊断，及时治疗，治轻防重，防治结合，治愈率高等特点与优越性并有良好的可行性；其治疗应着重解决缺氧，调整血流动力学紊乱，抗自由基肺损伤与抗渗出，营养支持４个主要环节。提出在发病现场实施有效救治者为就地治疗的基本概念。 This article is based on the analysis of the clinical data of 1532 cases of acute high altitude pulmonary edema in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the field observation. The results showed that in situ treatment had the following features: early diagnosis, timely treatment, light weight prevention, combination of prevention and treatment, high cure rate and superiority and had good feasibility. The treatment should focus on addressing hypoxia, adjusting hemodynamic disorders, Anti-free radical lung injury and anti-exudation, nutritional support 4 main links. Put forward the implementation of effective treatment at the scene of those who are the basic concepts of treatment.
