自1973年以来,我们应用小型高频电刀治疗鼻衄、乳头状瘤、滤泡性咽炎,耳、鼻、喉等疾患116例,疗效较满意,其方法简便,病人痛苦较少,现小结如下。临床资料 1.副耳切除:3例。副耳为胚胎发育畸型,以往多施行手术切除,吻合口常遗留疤痕。现于局麻下用高频电刀围绕其根部切断,并电凝气化削平根部,术后涂以烫伤油,3～4天结痂,二周后痂皮脱落,仅有轻度色素沉着,无疤痕。 2.外耳道口狭窄:1例。因乳突根治术后发生的外耳道入口部狭窄,可在局麻下将粘连部份电凝
