目的:探讨护理质量控制责任制对消毒供应中心腔镜器械供应质量的影响。方法:选取我院消毒供应中心所实施的常规消毒模式和实施护理质量控制责任制管理的腔镜器械分别作为对照组和观察组,每组均有240件,对比科室人员对供应中心工作的满意程度与实施护理质量控制责任制前后腔镜器械供应的质量。结果:通过实施护理质量控制责任制能够有效的提高手术室对供应中心工作的护理满意度,并且也明显的降低了医院感染率。结论:实施护理质量控制责任制能够有效的降低医院感染率,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective: To explore the impact of nursing quality control responsibility system on supply quality of endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods: The routine sterilizing mode implemented by our hospital disinfection supply center and the endoscopic instruments that implement the responsibility system of nursing quality control were taken as the control group and the observation group, with 240 in each group, comparing the satisfaction of department staff to the supply center The quality of the supply of endoscopic instruments before and after implementing the responsibility system of nursing quality control. Results: Through the implementation of nursing quality control responsibility system can effectively improve the operating room nursing center satisfaction of the job, and also significantly reduce the hospital infection rate. Conclusion: The implementation of nursing quality control responsibility system can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate, and has a high clinical value.
