介绍了一种简易碎土筛土机的设计与改进。基于CATIA对该机进行了三维实体建模,研制了样机,并针对样机试验中出现的土块回弹、土块堆积以及碎土率不高等问题进行了研究。对加料斗结构设计的改进,解决了土块回弹现象。加料斗下端与筛筒实现了平滑连接,从而使土块顺利进入破碎室。刀轴前端增加了螺旋推进刀片,在碎土的同时起到了螺旋推进的作用。通过对加料斗以及刀片的改进明显改善了土块回弹和堆积现象,提高了碎土率。利用ANSYS软件对刀轴进行了有限元分析,用以确定刀轴的结构设计与选材满足工作强度需求。
The design and improvement of a simple crushing and screening machine are introduced. Based on CATIA, the 3D solid modeling of the aircraft was carried out. The prototype was developed and the problems of springback of soil mass, accumulation of soil mass and low rate of broken soil were studied in the prototype test. The hopper structure design improvements, to solve the phenomenon of soil rebound. Hopper hopper with the bottom of the screen to achieve a smooth connection, so that the soil block into the crushing chamber. Spindle front increased screw propeller blade, in the ground at the same time played a role in promoting the spiral. Through the improvement of feeding hopper and blade, the phenomenon of rebound and accumulation of soil mass was obviously improved and the rate of soil crushing increased. ANSYS software was used to carry out finite element analysis of the cutter shaft to determine the structural design of the cutter shaft and the material selection to meet the work intensity requirements.
