在波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工中,若采用悬臂浇筑法,首块波形钢腹板的准确空间定位会直接影响后续钢腹板的安装,影响桥梁的成桥线形,还会改变箱梁的截面形状,影响桥梁截面结构受力的合理性。本文以伊朗德黑兰北部高速公路6号桥为例,通过制作一个叫马墩的临时构件辅助实现了首块钢腹板的精确空间定位,为类似工程提供借鉴之处。
In the construction of corrugated steel web prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, if the cantilever pouring method is adopted, the exact spatial location of the first corrugated steel web will directly affect the installation of subsequent steel webs and the bridge shape of the bridge will also change The cross-sectional shape of the box girder affects the rationality of the stress on the cross-section structure of the bridge. In this paper, taking the No. 6 Bridge of North Freeway in Tehran, Iran as an example, the precise spatial location of the first steel web is assisted by making a temporary member called a horse piers, which can provide reference for similar projects.
