为揭示采场充填体变形及声发射特征,针对石人沟铁矿采场充填体开展了单轴加载的声发射试验。结果表明:充填体试件变形破裂过程分为压密线弹性、塑性屈服、应变软化、塑性破坏四个阶段;声发射特性参数随加载的进行呈现出阶段性变化的特点,能够很好地反映充填体在压缩破坏过程中的内部结构变化及损伤破裂情况;充填体单轴压缩破坏形态以张拉破裂为主,剪切破裂为辅,声发射特性参数RA、AF值分布规律能够反映充填体破坏裂纹演化机制。
In order to reveal the deformation and acoustic emission characteristics of stope fillers, a single-axis acoustic emission test was carried out for stope fillers in Shirengou iron mine. The results show that the deformation and rupture process of the filler body is divided into four stages: compact linear elasticity, plastic yielding, strain softening and plastic failure. The acoustic emission characteristic parameters show a gradual change with loading, which can well reflect The internal structure and damage of the filling body during the compression failure process are analyzed. The uniaxial compression failure mode of the filler body is mainly composed of tension failure and shear failure, and the distribution rules of acoustic emission parameters RA and AF can reflect the characteristics of the filling body Destroy the crack evolution mechanism.
