为了研究我省海西地区作物秸秆腐熟还田效果,制定适于青海省海西地区秸秆腐熟还田技术措施,探索适宜青海高原高寒低温低湿条件下秸秆腐熟技术,大力推进秸秆还田,改良土壤,培肥地力,稳步提升土壤有机质含量,我省自2010年开始在海西地区实施秸秆腐熟还田技术,通过小麦、马铃薯等秸秆腐熟还田技术的实施,减轻了项目区长期施用化肥对土层结构的破坏,加快了土壤团粒结构的形成,土壤理化性状逐步得到改善。
