河南省信阳市平桥区郝堂村,被称为“中国乡村的‘新农村建设’探索者”。郝堂村主任助理朱菊是一位80后女村官。说起家乡郝堂村,她很自豪。村路依山沿河,路面是用碎石铺的,瓷实平整。雨水从地面可直接渗入地下,丝毫不影响山区水系的流动。朱菊笑着说,郝堂村很好找,春天跟着映山红和紫云英走,夏天找荷花,秋天遍地野菊会为您带路,冬天那些百年的老树为您当路标。充满诗情画意的小村是一名画家和几位来自台湾、北京的乡村建设者共同设计的,村民们参照着图纸进行建造。“我们的理念是把农村建设得更像农村,农民唱主角,我们村官是协作者。”朱菊很谦虚地说。
