随着新医改的深入推进,我国公立医院的生存环境发生了重要的变化,逐步走上与非公立医院的市场化竞争的道路。而医院财务管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,对医院的经济管理水平、经济效益及未来发展等都有着重要的影响。因此,公立医院在兼具企业效益和社会公益的前提下,如何在新医改形势下,制定出一套完善的、科学有效的财务管理体系,对医院能否健康持续发展有着深远的影响。本文通过近几年新医改背景下公立医院财务管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。
With the further promotion of new medical reform, the living environment of public hospitals in our country has undergone significant changes, and has gradually taken the path of market-oriented competition with non-public hospitals. Hospital financial management, as an important part of hospital management, has an important impact on the hospital’s economic management, economic benefits and future development. Therefore, under the premise of both enterprise efficiency and social welfare, public hospitals can work out a set of perfect and scientifically effective financial management system under the new medical reform situation, which will have a far-reaching impact on the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital. This article analyzes the problems existing in the public hospital financial management under the background of new medical reform in recent years, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
