目的探讨抗菌药物管理的有效途径,促进合理应用抗菌药物。方法通过抗菌药物应用综合管理。比较管理前(2007)及管理后(2009)抗菌药物使用情况。结果通过对抗菌药物实施干预措施,抗菌药物使用率下降至59.47%,预防用药率下降至36.26%;切口感染率下降至0.56%。结论通过对抗菌药物进行严格管理,抗菌药物使用率及预防用药率等显著下降,而切口感染率亦明显下降。
Objective To explore the effective ways of antimicrobials management and promote rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods Integrated management of antimicrobial use. Compare pre-management (2007) and post-management (2009) use of antimicrobials. Results Through the intervention of antimicrobial agents, the antimicrobial use rate dropped to 59.47% and the prophylaxis rate dropped to 36.26%. The incision infection rate dropped to 0.56%. Conclusions Through the strict management of antimicrobial agents, the antibacterial drug use rate and the prophylaxis rate dropped significantly, while the incision infection rate also dropped significantly.
