3D打印固态电解质丝材配方设计与优化

全固态锂电池作为一种新型电池结构,近年来受到诸多关注。该类电池不仅具有较高的能量密度,同时具有优良的热稳定性、化学稳定性与机械稳定性,且不会造成电解液渗漏等问题,安全性高。文章面向电解质的3D打印工艺技术开发了一种固态电解质丝材的新型制备方法,考察了不同分子量PEO溶剂对电解质丝材成型和抗拉强度的影响规律,得到了成型良好,满足3D打印要求的固态电解质丝材。
