目的 分析了新生儿科院内感染的特点,控制与管理。方法总结并分析医院儿内科新生儿医院感染的防控对策。结果提高医务人员抗感染的意识,不断完善各项监控措施,防范高危因素,严格遵守无菌操作规程,执行消毒隔离措施及合理用药,是降低新生儿医院感染率的关键。结论新生儿医院感染的控制与监管非常重要,寻找并控制传染源,切断传播途径,积极留取感染证据等应对措施。
Objective To analyze the characteristics, control and management of neonatal infections in neonates. Methods To summarize and analyze the prevention and control measures of nosocomial neonates and nosocomial infections in hospitals. Results It is the key to reduce the infection rate of neonates in neonates by improving the consciousness of anti-infectives of medical workers, constantly improving various control measures, preventing high-risk factors, strictly observing aseptic procedures, implementing disinfection and isolation measures and using drugs reasonably. Conclusion It is very important to control and supervise the nosocomial infection in neonates. It is necessary to find and control the source of infection, cut off the route of transmission and take evidence of infection actively.
