目的探讨前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合钬激光碎石术治疗BPH膀胱结石患者35例,即通过电切镜外鞘置于输尿管镜钬激光碎石,再行TURP。结果 35例患者均一次治疗成功,清石率达100%,手术时间在70~120 min,术中无膀胱穿孔、膀胱出血及电切综合征出现,术后随访3~18月,患者排尿困难症状明显改善,无结石复发,无尿道狭窄。结论采用TURP联合输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术具有手术时间短、创伤小、疗效确切、并发症少、患者恢复快等优点,是治疗BPH合并膀胱结石的一种安全有效的方法,值得基层医院推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) complicated with bladder stones. Methods TURP combined with holmium laser lithotripsy was used to treat 35 patients with BPH bladder stones, which were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and TURP. Results All the 35 patients were treated successfully, the rate of clear stone was 100%, operation time was 70 ~ 120 min, there was no bladder perforation, bladder hemorrhage and electrotomy syndrome during operation. The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months. The patients had dysuria Significant improvement in symptoms, no recurrence of stones, no urethral stricture. Conclusion TURP combined with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has the advantages of short operative time, small trauma, exact effect, fewer complications and faster recovery of patients.
