应用活体显微电视录象技术,观察肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)对大鼠肠系膜微血管和微淋巴管的作用及其对去甲肾上腺素(NE),内皮素(ET)作用的影响。结果表明,ADM直接扩张肠系膜各级微血管和微淋巴管,拮抗NE和ET引起的微血管效应及微循环血液流态的异常改变。ADM的上述作用可被一氧化氮生成抑制剂NG-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA)显著抑制。
The effect of adrenomedullin (ADM) on the mesenteric microvessel and lymphatic vessels and the effect of norepinephrine (NE) and endothelin (ET) in rats were observed by live video recording technique. The results showed that ADM directly dilated mesenteric microvessels and lymphatic vessels at all levels and antagonized the microvascular effects caused by NE and ET and the abnormal changes of microcirculation blood flow. The above effects of ADM can be significantly inhibited by the nitric oxide production inhibitor NG-nitro-L-arginine (L-NNA).
