Hemodynamic changes in endotoxic shock and its outcome are closely related to the experiment to explore the femoral artery blood flow velocity in judging the prognosis of dogs with endotoxic shock. Weight 7 ~ 13.5kg dog 24, male or female. Intrathecal injection of type 0-111B_4 dead Escherichia coli caused by endotoxic shock model. Blood samples were collected before injection and 10 hours after injection. Blood lactate, blood glucose, serum aspartate aminotransferase (SGOT), serum β-glucuronide
