对某压气机侧向进气道进行了实验和数值模拟研究,实验探讨了进气道出口的壁面静压分布和流场中的总压损失情况。数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。借助数值模拟手段,对侧向进气道流场的流动细节进行了分析和探讨,结果表明,由于几何结构的原因,进气道出口不可避免地存在不均匀性,经过收缩段的整流作用,不均匀性有所改善。本文给出的出口畸变形式对多级压气机的气动设计和三维流动分析有一定的指导意义。
Experiments and numerical simulations on the lateral inlet of a compressor were carried out. The static pressure distribution at the outlet of the inlet and the total pressure loss in the flow field were discussed experimentally. The numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation. The numerical simulation is used to analyze and discuss the flow field of the lateral inlet. The results show that due to the geometric structure, the inlet of the inlet is inevitably uneven. After the rectification of the contraction section, Unevenness improved. The exit distortion form given in this paper is of guiding significance to the aerodynamic design and three-dimensional flow analysis of multi-stage compressors.
