党校图书馆在改革中如何发挥自己的知识宝库优势,并在市场经济竞争中实现自己的价值,得到社会的认可,这是党校图书馆同仁们应该认真思考和研究的问题.笔者谈一点浅见,以求讨论.一、打破旧的观念,树立与社会主义市场经济相适应的新观念长期以来,我国实行的是计划经济体制.由此而形成了一系列与计划经济模式相适应的图书馆观念,如“等、靠、要”的观念;求稳怕乱、封闭保守的观念;只求馆藏数量、规模,不问效益的观念;自给自足、“大而全”、“小而全”的自然经济观念等等.这些观念已经成为图书馆事业发展的阻力.要在社会主义市场经济条件
