采用高压扭转变形方法对高强铝合金Al-6.5Zn-2.5Mg-2Cu-0.2Cr-0.2Y进行了预变形,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、低温力学性能和低温疲劳性能的分析。结果表明:与未预变形试样相比,高压扭转变形的预变形细化了合金晶粒,提高了合金的低温力学性能和低温疲劳性能,其中-210℃时的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和疲劳寿命分别增加16.8%、20.5%、149.2%和80.5%,但未改变该合金的物相组成。
The high-strength aluminum alloy Al-6.5Zn-2.5Mg-2Cu-0.2Cr-0.2Y was pre-deformed by high-pressure torsional deformation and the microstructure, phase composition, low temperature mechanical properties and low temperature fatigue properties were analyzed. The results show that the pre-deformation of the high-pressure torsional deformation has refined the alloy grains and improved the low-temperature mechanical properties and low-temperature fatigue properties of the alloy. The tensile strength, yield strength, The elongation at break and fatigue life increased by 16.8%, 20.5%, 149.2% and 80.5%, respectively, without changing the phase composition of the alloy.
