随着京津冀协同发展进程的推进,区域经济合作成为经济发展新方向,围绕经济带、产业带转移的职业技能提升与调整成为必然趋势,创业、职业培训重要性开始凸显。本文试分析河北省职业培训现状以及现存问题的原因,探索在京津冀协同发展背景下如何依据国家的政策,以及河北省的实际情况及发展方向,对职业培训策略上做了一个全面的说明。
With the progress of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, regional economic cooperation has become a new direction of economic development. The upgrading and adjustment of occupational skills around the economic belt and industrial belt has become an inevitable trend. The importance of entrepreneurship and vocational training has begun to become prominent.
