乡镇企业从诞生那天起,就在非计划经济的海洋里学游泳。从整体来看,成功的乡镇企业大都有了自己的市场,成为与国有企业竞争的一支有生力量;而失败的乡镇企业也为数不少,虽然各有各的情况,但在这些失败了的乡镇企业中,负债经营不能不说是一个主要因素。对乡镇企业来说,负债经营并非谈虎色变。有相当一部分乡镇企业正是在负债经营的基础上起家的。这个问题不能一概而论。企业的生存和发展,负债现象不可避免。关
