离析是沥青路面施工的质量通病之一,传统的检测离析的试验方法多为定性的测试方法,缺乏说服力。结合北沿江高速公路马巢段沥青路面建设工程,研发沥青路面离析评价新方法——容器埋置取样法,选用4.75mm筛孔的通过率的变化作为AC-20C混合料离析的评定指标,并用于分析沥青路面摊铺时所形成的离析,评价离析的程度。该方法较好地解决了现场取芯之类有损取样所造成的路面质量缺陷,并便于定量地分析沥青混合料离析的程度,方法简单、可靠,原理清晰,重复性好,可推广应用于常规检测。
Segregation is one of the common quality problems of asphalt pavement construction. The traditional test methods of segregation are mostly qualitative test methods, which are not convincing. In combination with the construction of asphalt pavement of Ma Chao section of Beiyanjiang Expressway, a new method of asphalt pavement evaluation and evaluation is developed, that is, the container embedding sampling method, the change of the passing rate of 4.75mm mesh is selected as the evaluation index of AC-20C mixture segregation, In the analysis of asphalt pavement formed by the segregation, evaluation of the degree of segregation. The method solves the defect of pavement quality caused by lossy sampling such as coring in the field and facilitates the quantitative analysis of the degree of segregation of the asphalt mixture. The method is simple and reliable, the principle is clear, the repeatability is good, and the method can be widely applied to Routine testing.
