针对传统自来水投药控制大多采用基于传统数学模型的反馈控制,造成药剂浪费严重和沉淀池浊度波动大的问题,提出一种基于BP前馈预测与自适应反馈控制结合的方法。以原水浊度、流量、PH值作为前馈输入量,实现混凝剂量投入的最优预测;以沉淀池出水浊度与目标值偏差和偏差变化率作为输入,控制混凝剂调整,以此适应水质沉淀环境变化。最后通过MATLAB仿真软件与常规算法进行比较,改进算法具有明显优势,并适时调整混凝剂投加量,提高自来水厂水净化的效率。
Aiming at the problem of traditional feed water control using mostly feedback control based on traditional mathematical model, which causes serious waste of medicament and large fluctuation of sedimentation tank turbidity, a method based on BP feedforward prediction and adaptive feedback control is proposed. Taking the raw water turbidity, the flow rate and the PH value as the feedforward inputs, the optimal prediction of the coagulant dosage can be realized. With the input of the deviation of the turbidity of the sedimentation tank, the change of the target value and the deviation, the coagulant is controlled and adjusted Adapt to changes in water quality precipitation environment. Finally, compared with the conventional algorithm by MATLAB simulation software, the improved algorithm has obvious advantages, and timely adjust the dosage of coagulant to improve the water purification efficiency of waterworks.
