21世纪以来,随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,电力企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。为了应对企业竞争,提高电力企业的综合实力,解决电力企业人力资源短缺的现状,我国电力企业开始重视起人力资源的培训和管理工作。但在这项工作的具体开展中,仍然存在一些问题,影响了电力企业人力资源培训管理工作的进行。分析电力企业人力资源培训管理模式的建立和存在问题,对提高电力企业综合竞争力,促进现代企业管理进步有着重要的实际意义。
Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of China’s market economy, competition among power companies has become more and more fierce. In order to cope with the competition of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive strength of power enterprises and solve the current situation of shortage of human resources in power enterprises, the power enterprises in our country begin to attach importance to the training and management of human resources. However, in the concrete implementation of this work, there are still some problems that have affected the management of human resources training in power enterprises. It is of great practical significance to analyze the establishment and existing problems of human resources training management mode in electric power enterprises in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of electric power enterprises and promote the progress of modern enterprise management.
