金针菇味美可口,营养增智,日益受到我区消费者的喜爱,市场售价居高不下,栽培数量剧增。但由于大多数菇农沿用平菇生产模式,金针菇产质量都较低,影响了经济效益。为此从1992~1994年三年间,我们对金针菇的良种筛选、栽培季节、配方等一系列高产技术环节进行试验研究,取得较好的效果,生物转化率由过去的50%左右提高到100~150%,而且高档菇比例明显提高,现将这一技术总结如下。一、选用高产品种
