La1-xSrxMnO3材料具有热致相变特性,成为具有潜在应用前景的空间小卫星热控功能材料。La1-xSrxMnO3是一种结构非常敏感性材料,掺杂比例对其结构和性能影响很大。本项研究中采用传统的固相反应方法,通过控制烧结温度、退火时间、成分配比等关键工艺参数,制备出不同掺杂比例的La1-xSrxMnO3陶瓷片。利用X射线衍射分析了薄膜的成分、相结构、结晶情况。实验研究表明,La1-xSrxMnO3材料是结构敏感化合物,随着不同比例Sr掺杂,La1-xSrxMnO3材料的微结构将发生很大的变化。
The La1-xSrxMnO3 material possesses the property of thermal induced phase transition, which makes it a potential space thermal satellite functional material with potential applications. La1-xSrxMnO3 is a structurally very sensitive material, the doping ratio of its structure and performance of great influence. In this study, the traditional solid-state reaction method was used to prepare La1-xSrxMnO3 ceramic with different doping ratio by controlling the key process parameters such as sintering temperature, annealing time and composition ratio. The composition, phase structure and crystallization of the films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. Experimental results show that the La1-xSrxMnO3 material is a structurally sensitive compound, and the microstructure of La1-xSrxMnO3 material will change greatly with the different proportions of Sr doping.
