近年对细胞凋亡的认识逐渐深入,已经开始在生殖健康领域应用.已证实在自然状态和正常生精过程中,环境因素如激素、温度、化学药物和放射线及肿瘤均可诱导生殖细胞凋亡.生精细胞凋亡受神经内分泌因素、各种理化因素、特异性基因及基因突变等许多因素的影响.根据凋亡细胞固有的形态特征,人们已经设计了许多不同的细胞凋亡形态学检测方法.
