引用国外标准(包括国际标准)不仅重要,而且十分复杂。国外标准数量多,门类广,技术水平也较高,它涉及经济、技术、生产、贸易等方面的问题,稍有不慎,将会带来损失,造成被动。因此,确定引用国外标准的决策要十分谨慎,必须进行深入细致的研究。否则,将会造成巨大的经济损失。国外标准的引用要从我国实际需要和实际条件出发,分清主次,有计划有步骤有重点有选择地引用,实行积极引用、具体分析、区别对待的原则。
