1988～1998年我院对口服有机磷农药中毒行切开洗胃术20例,由于抢救及时,收到了较好的效果,现将治疗体会介绍如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 本组共20例,男7例,女13例;年龄18～63岁,平均36岁。死亡3例,抢救成功17例,成功率85％。1.2 手术方法 取上腹正中切口,切口长约6～8 cm。迅速切开进腹,将胃部分提出于切口外。于胃体前壁无血管区纵行切
