目的测定大鼠面神经脑诱发电位潜伏期的正常参考值,建立本实验室面神经脑诱发电位正常参考值数据库。方法采用诱发电位仪,直接电刺激30只大鼠面神经颊支近中枢端,在其外耳道后壁记录面神经脑诱发电位。结果大鼠面神经脑诱发电位波形主要有四个波:N1(-)、P1(+)、N2(-)、P2(+),潜伏期分别是(0.76±0.11)ms、(1.50±0.27)ms、(2.21±0.28)ms、(2.87±0.25)ms,左右两侧各个相应波潜伏期的样本均数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论该方法测得的大鼠面神经脑诱发电位正常参考值较为稳定,可以采用同体双侧对比实验,为进一步研究病理状态下面神经脑诱发电位的变化等提供了一定的实验依据。
Objective To determine the normal reference value of latent period of rat facial nerve evoked potentials and establish a normal reference database of the facial nerve evoked potential of the facial nerve in rats. Methods The evoked potentials were used to directly stimulate facial nerve buccal branches of the 30 rats to the central end. The facial nerve evoked potential was recorded on the posterior wall of the external auditory canal. Results There were four waveforms of facial evoked potentials (N1), P1 (+), N2 (-) and P2 (+) in rat facial nerve and latency of 0.76 ± 0.11 ms and 1.50 ± 0.27 ms respectively , (2.21 ± 0.28) ms and (2.87 ± 0.25) ms, respectively. There was no significant difference in the sample latency of each corresponding wave between the left and right sides (P> 0.05). Conclusions The normal reference value of facial nerve evoked potentials in rat facial nerve measured by this method is relatively stable. Bilateral bilateral contrast experiments can be used to provide some experimental evidence for further study on the changes of evoked potentials in the facial nerve following pathological conditions.
