Calcium titanate (CaTiO3) belongs to an important family of electrical materials,which display high dielectric permittivity,superior ionic conductivities and photocatalytic properties for potential applications such as capacitors,varistors,oxygen separators,and electrodes in solid-oxide electrochemical reactors.[1-5] Its electrical properties are mainly determined by defect chemistry.The substitution of proper cations at A and/or B sites have led to the enhancement of various physical properties,which are suitable for device applications.It has also been reported that oxide-ionic conduction of CaTiO3 could be enhanced by doping with cations of lower valence such as Li,Al,Zn,Cr,and Fe.
