膳食营养是每个人健康生活的必要保障。对于运动员来说,合理的营养搭配是保持其充沛体力和竞技能力的重要物质基础。三大营养素碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪为运动员持续提供能量,促进肌肉增长及损伤恢复。维生素及矿物质不仅有助于能量物质代谢,维持细胞内外环境液体的平衡,还有助于降低运动员由训练引起的氧化应激。由丁运动员能量代谢率较高、肌肉与骨骼应激较大,所以与非运动员相比,需要更多的维生素和矿物质。另外,水和电解质在维持人体的体液平衡上起着至关重要的作用,是影响运动成绩的关键因素之一。
