通过对壳体类航天产品制造过程中数控加工技术的研究,从优化数控程序、改进刀具结构、改变切削方式等三个方面,详细阐述了如何利用先进的CAM软件、VERICUT仿真软件、轻载高效的深孔钻削方式来突破壳体类零件的加工瓶颈,达到壳体类零件在数控加工过程中的高质量、高效率、低成本目标。
This paper elaborates how to make use of the advanced CAM software, VERICUT simulation software, light load and high efficiency, through the research of NC machining technology in the manufacturing process of shell-like aerospace products, from three aspects of optimizing NC program, improving the tool structure and changing the cutting mode. Deep hole drilling way to break through the processing bottleneck of shell parts, to achieve high-quality, high efficiency and low cost of shell parts in the process of numerical control.
