目的 探讨福辛普利联合美托洛尔对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响.方法 选取2012年6月至2013年6月来遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院就诊的60例冠心病心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例.两组均给予常规疗法,对照组给予福辛普利,试验组给予福辛普利联合美托洛尔,连续服用12个月.分别在入院和治疗后12个月时检测心功能分级、心胸比率,同时比较左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF).结果 治疗12个月后两组心功能分级、心率、心胸比率、LVEDD、LVESD以及LVEF均显著改善(P＜0.05);试验组上述指标改善情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 卡托福辛普利联合美托洛尔能够有效改善冠心痛心力衰竭患者的心功能.“,”Objective To study the f cinepolis joint metoprolol the influence of cardiac function in patients with coron ary heart disease (CHD) heart failure.Methods Sixty patients were selected in June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital with coronary heart disease,heart failure,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional therapy,the control group given f cinepolis,joint metoprolol group give blessing cinepolis,continuously for 12 months.12 months in hospital and after treatment respectively detect cardiac function classification,cardiothoracic ratio,at the same time to compare,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Results Twelve months after treatment,two groups of patients with cardiac function classification,heart rate,heart rate,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF were improved significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Examination in the above indicators improved more significantly than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Joint card toefl cinepolis metoprolol can improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) heart failure.
