随着当代社会知识经济的发展,关于知识产权的理论与制度的系统研究也逐渐深入。然而,只要存在智力成果的创造与传播,与其相互关系的利益群体便会出现冲突,因此,研究知识产权中的利益平衡问题,对于知识产权制度的战略性发展和知识产品的传播、扩散具有重要意义。
