亮菌甲素:3-乙酰基-5-羟甲基-7-羟基香豆素是从假密环菌(ArmillariellaTabescens)中分离得到的新的活性成分之一,它是香豆素类衍生物。有关试验结果表明,亮菌甲素具有较强的胆道末端括约肌松弛效应,促进肝脏胆汁分泌和轻度提高机体免疫功能。为了进一步探讨其体内过程和作用机理,我们用~(14)C合成了亮菌甲素,~(14)C定位于5位羟甲基的碳原子上。用~(14)C-亮菌甲素配制成适当剂型,给大白鼠静脉注射以及口服、肌注,进行吸收、分布和排泄的研究。 ~(14)C-亮菌甲素为自己合成的产品,比放射性为0.732mCi/mMol。经纸层析检验结果证明,其放射化学纯度>95%;放射自显影结
Strychnine: 3-Acetyl-5-hydroxymethyl-7-hydroxycoumarin is one of the new active ingredients isolated from Armillariella Tabescens, which is a coumarin derivative . The test results show that strychnine has a strong biliary terminal sphincter relaxation effect, promote liver bile secretion and slightly improve the body’s immune function. To further investigate its in vivo process and mechanism of action, we synthesized srellin by ~ (14) C and ~ (14) C was located at the carbon atom of hydroxymethyl at position 5.
