通过现场调研、矿物组分分析和层状顶板力学模型计算,得到6个煤岩互层巷道失稳因素.对6种因素各取3个水平进行正交模拟试验,得到了各影响因素之间敏感性排序.结果表明:通过水对煤岩互层弱化程度是造成顶板表面、深部位移、高帮顶板下沉量以及两帮移近量变化大的最敏感因素,同时煤岩互层次数,煤岩互层单层厚度对3种下沉量造成了不同程度的影响;而巷道宽度、断面形状是造成两帮移近量的重要敏感因素.研究结果通过线性回归方程进行验证,与正交试验结果基本一致,并且提出了该地区煤岩互层顶板巷道失稳控制对策.
Through the field investigation, the mineral composition analysis and the calculation of layered roof mechanics model, the stability factors of 6 coal-rock interlacing roadways were obtained.The orthogonal simulation tests were carried out on 3 levels of 6 kinds of factors, and the relationships among the influencing factors The results show that the degree of weakening of interbedded coal and water by water is the most sensitive factor that causes the top surface and deep displacement, The thickness of coal-rock interbedded monolayer has different degrees of influence on the three kinds of subsidence.While the width and shape of the roadway are the important sensitive factors that cause the two approaches to move closer.The results are verified by the linear regression equation, The test results are basically the same, and the control measures for the instability of the roadway in coal-rock interbedded roof are put forward.
