(一) 从株洲电力机车研究所提供的《机车电器可靠性数据库八六年年报》中可以看出,SS_1型电力机车两位置转换开关烧损,在电器(30项)机破统计中居前四位;在临修统计中居前五位。八七年一月到五月,通过各电力机务段《生产技术简报》发现(收集不全),相继有以下机车发生两位置转换开关烧损,基本上均造成机破事故,现列表如下: (二) 从以上责任看,虽然由于种种原因列为“质量”或“其它”方面的较多,但经过认真调查分析,实质问题还是操纵不当所造成。因为窜电、方轴绝缘击穿等现象必竟很少,即便是怀疑方轴脏等原因造成放电击穿,而放电击穿的根本原因仍是由于反向手柄误操作,导致转换开关带电转换造成。

Because of channeling, square shaft insulation breakdown and so on will be very small, even if the shaft is suspected to cause dirty discharge breakdown, and the fundamental cause of breakdown is still due to the reverse handle error operation, resulting in conversion switch charging conversion .
