文蛤 Meretrix meretrix Linne 是中国、朝鲜和日本常见的经济贝类,它广泛分布在我国四个海区,而以辽宁营口和江苏北部沿海资源尤为丰富。在我国已有记载的种类有,文蛤 Meretrix meretrix Linne;丽女蛤 Meretrix Iusoria Rumphius;斧文蛤 Meretrix lamarckii Deshayes。等三种,均为生活在潮间带泥沙滩习见的亚热带种类,在江苏启东沿海以文蛤 Meretrixmeretrix Linne 为优势种。文蛤为蛤中上品。在我国古代即已食用,享有“天下第一鲜”的盛名。文蛤的贝壳
