基准曲线法是国外先进厂家采用的光谱分析的一种标准化方法。目前国内很少使用或尚未使用这种方法。但基准曲线法对我国光谱分析标准化是值得借鉴的一种方法。本文对此法进行了介绍。并对其公式进行了推导,最后还举例用于铝合金光谱分析。基准曲线法是一个实验方法。假定分析曲线与基准曲线之间的记录器读数之差随浓度线性变化,根据基准曲线和分析曲线上的两点,绘制分析曲线。然后可用单纯图解法作分析曲线或采用标准分析法进行计算。本文还指出:基准曲线法应引起光谱分析工作者的重视。尤其是在今后计算机化、标准化方面,以及减少标样数目和消除共存元素干扰、冶金过程的影响等方面,基准曲线法的优点会越来越明显地发挥出来。
The benchmark curve method is a standardized method used by the advanced foreign manufacturers for spectral analysis. At present, this method is rarely used or has not been used in our country. However, the standard curve method is worth studying for our country’s standardization of spectral analysis. This article introduced this method. And its formula was deduced, and finally for the example of aluminum alloy spectrum analysis. The benchmark curve method is an experimental method. Assuming that the difference in log readings between the analytical curve and the baseline curve varies linearly with concentration, an analytical curve is drawn based on two points on the baseline curve and the analysis curve. Then can be used purely graphical analysis of the curve or calculated using standard analysis. The paper also pointed out: benchmark curve method should cause the attention of spectral analysis workers. Especially in the future computerization, standardization, as well as to reduce the number of samples and eliminate the interference of co-existence elements, the impact of metallurgical processes, etc., the advantages of the benchmark curve method will be more obvious play.
