As one of the most prestigious symbols of the American civil war, the women's riveters posters - World War II rear National Historic Park along the coast of Richmond, California's San Francisco Bay Trail stretches 5 miles (about 8 050 meters ). The poster-clad women's rivet workers, dressed in kimono and kerchiefs, intended to encourage homewomen to do some of the important manufacturing jobs that enlisted the men of war during World War II. The National Park was approved by the U.S. Congress in 2000 as a memorial to the rear of the United States during the Second World War. During that time, the historic monument about the war was funded by the Coastal Authority of California and the Gulf Regional Government Association. The Richmond Community Redevelopment Authority and the National Parks Authority were jointly built.
