1979年,我县城桥公社新闸三队进行了二熟制与三熟制对比试验,种植了9.8亩粮食二熟制(麦——单季稻)。试验结果二熟和三熟的产量基本接近(表1),而农本降低,收入增加,受到干部群众的拥护。(一)两种熟制的比较表1的粮食年产量,似乎三熟比二熟制多收40.9斤,但早稻是籼稻,一百斤才出60多斤米,较晚粳的出米率约少10%。通过试验和计算,初步看出,二熟有以下几点好处。1.用肥量。二熟制全年每亩用的碳氨(折合),过磷酸钙、氨水、人畜粪、草塘泥、饼肥等均比三熟制减少(表2)。
