广州番禺职业技术学院经过10余年的实践探索,走出了一条特色化办学之路。确立了“一技之长+综合素质”的人才培养目标;围绕这一人才培养目标,走以质量为核心的内涵式发展道路;在内涵发展实践中遵循“服务性、职业性、开放性、大众化”的基本办学理念,实施“市区共建共管,校企深度融合”的管理体制。本文结合番禺职院的实践对高职办学特色进行了研究与探讨。
Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical College after more than 10 years of practical exploration, out of a distinctive way of running a school. Established a talent cultivation goal of “skill and overall quality”; centering on this goal of personnel training, taking the quality-centered development path of connotation; following the principle of “service, occupation, openness, Popularization ”of the basic concept of running a school, the implementation of“ urban co-management, school-depth integration of ”management system. In this paper, the Panyu Vocational College practice of vocational school characteristics were studied and discussed.
