以正交试验原理为基础,建立预应力混凝土单塔斜拉桥方案优化模型,选取5个关键设计参数作为主要因素,9项体现力学、经济性能的关键指标作为计算分析对象。利用4水平正交表L16(45)安排16个正交试验方案,采用有限元分析试验模型在恒、活载作用下的力学响应,得到各因素与指标的关系曲线。对试验结果采用极差分析方法,得到各因素对指标的重要性影响程度,从而确定各因素最优水平,得到单塔斜拉桥最优布置方案。
Based on the orthogonal experimental principle, the optimization model of prestressed concrete single tower cable-stayed bridge is established. Five key design parameters are selected as the main factors. Nine key indicators of mechanical and economic performance are selected as the object of calculation and analysis. Sixteen orthogonal experimental schemes were arranged by using 4-level orthogonal table L16 (45). The mechanical response of the experimental model under constant and live load was obtained by finite element analysis, and the relationship curve between each factor and the index was obtained. Using the range analysis method to the test results, the influence degree of each factor on the importance of the index is obtained, so as to determine the optimum level of each factor, and the optimal arrangement scheme of the single tower cable-stayed bridge is obtained.
