我们比较了三氧化铬,月桂酸锰,松香酸锰及活性二氧化锰作为引发剂对α-蒎烯自氧化作用的效果。其中以活性二氧化锰为最佳(反应产物的水蒸汽挥发物中含氧化合物为59.3—64.9%),其次为月桂酸锰(34.9—37.7%)。通过对氧的吸收情况的观察,认为整个反应过程在所选择的实验条件下可区分为:在反应开始后30小时内为诱导期,而在此时间以后为链反应的增长期。在含氧产物中,马鞭草烯醇与马鞭草烯酮的比例均接近于1:2—3.
We compared the effects of chromium trioxide, manganese laurate, manganese abietate and activated manganese dioxide as an initiator on the autoxidation of α-pinene. Among them, active manganese dioxide was the best (the oxygenated product was 59.3-64.9% in the water vapor of the reaction product), followed by manganese laurate (34.9-37.7%). Through the observation of oxygen absorption, it is considered that the whole reaction process can be distinguished under the selected experimental conditions as the induction period within 30 hours after the start of the reaction, and after that time as the growth period of the chain reaction. In the oxygenated products, the ratio of verbenol to verbenone is close to 1: 2-3.
