农村劳动力转移就业技能考证培训由于学员学习周期短,考证要求高,而造成学员学习困难,考证通过率低等问题。笔者通过项目教学法的运用,在提高农村劳动力《计算机维修工》技能培训质量方面取得了很好效果,能在很大程度上满足学员马上胜任岗位的需要。本文通过实施一个完整的项目而进行的教学活动,让学员自觉的融入到完成任务的过程环境中,以提高学员解决实际问题的能力。以项目教学法在《计算机维修工》技能培训的教学应用出发,分析项目教学实施过程中存在的问题,提出改进措施。
Rural labor force transfer employment skills research and training as a result of trainee learning cycle is short, high research requirements, resulting in learning difficulties, low pass rate of textual research. Through the application of the project teaching method, the author has achieved good results in improving the quality of skills training of computer maintenance workers in the rural labor force and can largely meet the needs of students immediately competent. This article through the implementation of a complete project and teaching activities, allowing students to consciously integrate into the process of completing the task environment to enhance students’ ability to solve practical problems. Based on the pedagogical application of the project pedagogy in the teaching of computer maintenance skills training, the problems existing in the process of project teaching are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.
