目的:探讨HP感染与消化性溃疡发病的关系,介绍临床治疗手段,为HP感染进一步研究作参考。方法:选取2011年7月至2014年1月间我院收治的确诊为消化性溃疡的病患307例,分为治疗组和对照组,统计相关数据并分析。结果:说明抗HP感染在消化性溃疡的治疗中具有临床意义。结论:HP感染是消化性溃疡发病的主要因素之一,使用多种抗菌药物联合治疗能有效改善HP感染情况,值得临床深入研究以及推广。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between HP infection and the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer, introduce the clinical treatment and provide a reference for further study of HP infection. Methods: A total of 307 patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer in our hospital from July 2011 to January 2014 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, and the data were analyzed and compared. Results: The anti-HP infection is of clinical significance in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Conclusion: HP infection is one of the main factors in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. The combination therapy of multiple antibiotics can effectively improve the HP infection and deserves further study and promotion in clinic.
