目的:评价中职学生综合性毒品预防教育课程的即刻干预效果。方法:立意选取武汉市两所中等职业学校分别作为干预和对照学校,一年级全体学生纳入研究,其中干预组490人,对照组680人。干预组接受8次1小时的“快乐成功技能课堂”学习,由课程开发人员采用互动式教学授课;对照组学生不接受任何干预。干预前后一周内分别对学生进行问卷调查。采用卡方检验、T检验、广义线性模型和广义估计方程分析数据。结果:干预方案能够有效地提升学生课程相关的知识、自我调节技能、自我强化技能、沟通技能和毒品拒绝技能;在降低学生毒品使用倾向方面取得一定效果。结论:干预方案具有预防中职学生使用毒品的潜力,为后续开展大范围干预试验奠定基础。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of immediate intervention in comprehensive drug prevention education curriculum for vocational students. Methods: Two secondary vocational schools in Wuhan were selected as the intervention and control schools respectively. All the students in the first grade were enrolled in the study, in which 490 were in the intervention group and 680 in the control group. The intervention group received 8 1-hour “Happy Success Skills Classroom” learning, which was taught by the course developers using interactive teaching methods. The control group students did not accept any intervention. A week before and after the intervention of the students were surveyed. Data were analyzed using chi-square test, T-test, generalized linear model and generalized estimating equation. Results: The intervention program can effectively improve students ’curriculum-related knowledge, self-regulation skills, self-reinforcing skills, communication skills and drug rejection skills; and has achieved some results in reducing the students’ drug use tendencies. Conclusion: The intervention program has the potential to prevent the use of drugs by vocational students and lay the foundation for the follow-up of large-scale intervention trials.
